Making a start
So after the doom and gloom of our sleep walking habits let’s move on to fun stuff. So first of all you need to buy a juicer – this can be done on Amazon or Ebay
A perfect green juice full of nutrition. (Organic is best but go with what you can afford)
I personally would make approximately 1 litre of the juice.
Throwing in the whole cucumber, the whole bunch of celery, minimum four big handfuls of each greens or the whole pack (300g), a few apples than half a thumb piece of ginger.
You might as well seems you have to wash a clean the juicer after your use.
Then I drink it slowly over a few hours or if I’m feeling generous my wife might get some haha
However chop and change what you put into it so you get a wide range of different nutrients. Also so you don’t get bored.
