Toxic Overload And IBS

Understanding toxicity and the toxic overload your body is swimming in is pivotal in helping you overcome IBS.

Once you remove the toxicity you will start to feel amazing and radiate health as your vital organs will finally have a rest from the avalanche of toxins they are filtering each day.

You have five elimination organs which are the skin, kidneys, lungs, colon and most importantly the liver. Your poor organs are working so hard behind the scenes just to keep you functioning but there is only so long these organs can live in a war zone.

As you age and continue to feed yourself an acidic mucus forming diet you will continually clog up your elimination organs.

This forms a toxic overload in your body which results in many digestive issues such as IBS, bloating, gas, constipation and diarrhea.

Your body will immediately start to produce fat cells as a survival mechanism as it can only process so many toxins at one time. So the toxins get dumped into the fat cells so your organs can deal with new toxins coming in.

Exercising and enjoying the great outdoors will massively help to clear out toxicity but sadly most people hardly do any exercise at all and as you age this becomes less and less.

Most people in the western world live in a box, go to work in a box and work in a box relying on lifts, elevators and all sorts of technology to get them through the day. Holding onto toxicity when it wants to be released through movement can become a habit.

This habit needs to be STOPPED!

Then there is the stress that comes with the modern world. Work, Bills, mortgages, relationships, peer pressure and of course the feeling of I’m just not good enough. This all creates a toxic environment in your body as this stress will send you into a fight or flight response.

Which will then release toxic chemicals into the body. The fight or flight response is a physiological reaction to something that is terrifying, either mentally or physically. When a human is in danger its adrenal glands are stimulated to release hormones such as adrenalin, nor-adrenalin and cortisol.

Breathing starts to become rapid, oxygenated blood is directed away from the digestive system and vital organs as it is much needed by the muscles. This threat can be real or imaginary and sadly most people live in this state 24 hours a day worrying about so many things that don’t matter.

So if you’re eating acidic clogging foods, you’re feeling stressed and you’re not exercising very much you are severely stressing your elimination organs which will be working under par leading you straight to common maladies like IBS, arthritis, osteoporosis, diabetes, obesity, high cholesterol, asthma, eczema, sclerosis just to name a few.

As you age and the longer this keeps going on the more likely a critical illness will find you. Cancer is killing 1 in 3 people and heart diseases is killing 1 in 2 people.

All this can be prevented with a healthy diet and lifestyle. The fundamental basics of the human body is to assimilate and eliminate.

Your organs are unable to keep fighting off these toxins you are feeding it especially as you have nowhere to dump them because your five elimination organs are working way below par and getting worse every day.

Understand that IBS is a blockage of energy. Consistently release that energy. Below are 3 tips to help you remove your blockages. Remember consistency is key

  1. Minimum 1 hour of walking/ power walking in the sunlight each day. If you are fit go for a jog
  2. Say hello to fruits as they are high in nutrition, high in fibre, high in energy and very cleansing
  3. Keep your fat intake low (10% a day)
